Hello there! I’m going to start this chef's blog post in reverse—right after dessert and in between the espresso! You can serve this delicacy at the bar while waiting for your guests to arrive at a fancy hotel restaurant, or enjoy it after a meal before the espresso concludes your dining experience at home or anywhere you might be dining to your heart's content with your family and/or friends.
It’s liquor, of course. I have a particular fondness for single malt whiskey and a good Kentucky mash.
In this post, I will introduce one of my favorite triple-blended, single malt Scotch whiskies.

A friend of mine who was lost to a fatal car crash introduced this particular brand to me, and he has astonished my taste buds with it ever since. A toast to my dear friend Gustavo. You are always missed.
