The Chef's Journal: Ushio Sushi!

Ushio Sushi has been a staple in the sushi scene for over 10 years. I discovered this fantastic restaurant by chance when I met the manager by sheer luck. I have dined here with my family, and it was a true delight. The promise of delivering amazing sushi platters with a variety of options was definitely fulfilled. Their cocktails are unparalleled, and they serve smooth and authentic sake. I encourage you to check out the drink menu as well as the food menu before your visit.

It's worth noting that this fine sushi spot is best enjoyed with a large group. While solo diners are always welcome, this restaurant is especially known for satisfying the appetites of large group parties.
