ENJOY TIME WITH FAMILY, GO OUT AND DINE!
I'm going out to eat with my dad, my sister who is pregnant and about to burst, and my brother-in-law. We're heading to Brio's Tuscan Grill. I always get the Gorgonzola steak, which reminds me of when I used to go out to eat with my mom when she was alive. She loved going to the Brio's in Pembroke Gardens. It’s a ribeye, if I remember correctly, topped with Gorgonzola cheese (blue cheese). The cheese on top of the steak is blow-torched until it melts and is charred, and it’s served with mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side.
