Freelance WRITING Portfolio

I am a well-seasoned author with an A.A. in English from Miami Dade College. I have a niche for writing about food, restaurants, recipes, methods of cooking, and techniques. I have over 15 years in the culinary field as a chef as well. I have some articles written and some reviews I've put on my blog. I have a journey and I have a story to tell. It's not always the same story. We all have stories and recipes in recipe books at the bottom of the box. It's my job, if you so choose, to tell our stories and share our foodie enulgences. I make it my job to convey a message to readers that what needs to be said about something amazing is told, and that everyone is reading about it.
